Here’s the story behind one of our many happy customers and her request for custom sapphire and diamond earrings.
The whole process started with an email that outlined her request for sapphire and diamond earrings. She wasn’t entirely sure how she wanted the final design to look, but she provided us with just enough information to get started by finding just the right stones.
Based on her input and desire for stones that were exquisite, but not too flashy, we selected a stunning pair of 2.63cttw cushion cut blue Ceylon sapphires to serve as the centerpiece in the earrings. For the side stones, we went with a beautiful pair of matching 0.70cttw E-F/VS diamonds since the intent for the diamonds were to enhance the pair of sapphires without overshadowing them.

With the right stones in hand, we went to work creating the perfect setting. To do this, our jewelers made a one-of-a-kind mold just to meet our client’s request.
When all the elements were put together, our final design was a pair of sapphire and diamond earrings that met every one of the client’s specifications.
While we were elated with the results, our client’s reaction really made our day!
